About us

Leaders from different organisations often face similar scenarios...

"The team are great, so why aren't they taking the ownership I expect?"

"We are not as productive or nimble as I want us to be."

"The pace of change is killing me."

Sound familiar? I'm sure you can add your own. What is unique to each scenario is the ever changing dynamic of people and teams.

With over 25 years' experience in operational and HR management, specializing latterly in Leadership development – Lynne has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and leading large teams to create cultural behaviour change.

She is driven by natural curiosity about people and how best to help them to release their potential.

During extensive experience in Financial, Retail and Bio-Tech sectors, she discovered a key strength in collaborating with others to solve conceptual problems. Building a shared vision - focusing on 'And', rather than 'But' - she won an award from the Chairman of Tesco for her customer focus.

Whether she is:

- Designing and delivering Leadership development programmes

- Facilitating teams to enhance their connection and performance

- Coaching senior leaders through transitions

- Mediating to empower people to resolve their workplace disputes, or

- Training people to have difficult conversations, manage conflict, give feedback, coach and be resilient, etc…

…she does it with people, not to them.

Lynne is a Fellow of the CIPD, she has an MSc in Human Resources Management, and is an Associate Member of the Civil Mediation Council.

She has Level A and B certifications from the British Psychological Society. She is an NLP practitioner.

She is accredited in Insights Discovery, Hogan Assessments, and is a Core Strengths official partner.

Outside of work, she can mostly be found taxiing her two teenage children around Cardiff – simultaneously feeding her Radio 4 addiction; swimming (it's as important to her as breathing); yogaing; watching live music with her husband/friends (ideally outdoors, and despite her Mum saying that she is too old to still be doing this), or cwtched up on the sofa watching TV.

I like how adaptable she is to different environments, sometimes complex, but can use her expertise to break down the challenge to manageable, and importantly, understandable skills and behaviours to work on." James Brook, Head of Relationship Team
