What we do

Leadership development

Every leader feels the weight of expectation to get results, to be fair, balanced, and to support their people. Leadership is a perennially shifting challenge. And, we are only human. From culture transformation programmes, to some well-timed micro-skills, we work with you to find ways to help you to become more attuned and responsive to you, your people/stakeholders and your environment. So you are consciously aware of, and keep learning from, the way you achieve through others.

Team Building

You've hired great people, but, like us all, they're people! Some of them don't get on, others don't say anything in meetings, a couple follow their own agenda, and you need them to pull together to deliver value for your stakeholders.  We work with you to help you to fully understand each other - appreciating each person's intention and strength - to build trust, find a common language, navigate conflict and, just work.

Coaching

How noisy is your head? How much does that noise impede your ability to think, putting you under pressure? Like rush hour stressing you out on your way home.  What if you could build a new route, just for you, that got you home quickly, calmly, using less fuel?  This is what our coaching does. We create space for you to strip out the noise, focus on what's important, and surface potent thought and connection, to build your new route.

Workplace mediation

Conflict is part of our human condition.  Disputes arise for all sorts of reasons. And when they are just too hard for people to sort out between themselves, workplace mediation is a highly effective way to enable both parties to; come together in a neutral space, be heard, and empowered to find common ground.  This is the key to finding solutions to problems and resetting the relationship, without resorting to costly and painful grievances.
